National Taiwan Ocean University has been continuously expanding its network of collaborating universities around the world.

There are more than 100 partner universities in about 30 different countries, and the bilateral academic cooperation agreements with these universities provide opportunities for the exchange of students and faculty staff. These cooperation frameworks include University-wide or faculty-specific agreements. And established various research support programs for international researchers and students, enabling them to work with our faculty members and students.
